Product return or exchange within three days (3 days) from the date of delivery of the product, provided that the product is in its original packaging at the time of purchase with all its accessories, user manual, and has not been used or opened. We at Al Jazeera Home Appliances will not accept the return or exchange of scratched or damaged products. The company may consider that the returned product does not meet the above mentioned standards and the return or exchange will be rejected.
The customer will not be exempted from paying return and exchange costs, with a minimum of 100 for product loading and shipping costs if the loading or shipping was done by Al Jazeera Home Appliances or any other Al Jazeera affiliate.
Refunding the purchase amount to the customer in case of purchase via credit card or Mada card or bank transfer may take up to 14 days from the date of paying the invoice via the credit card, for example but not limited to (Visa or Master Card or American Express) or any other credit card.
The original invoice must be kept without crossing out or modifying it, otherwise the exchange or return will not be accepted, and the date of purchase was printed on the invoice.
